Frequently asked Questions:

Do the RSVP-Reception cards (also called the INFORMAL) shown with the invitations in photos
come with the invitations or are those sold separate?

With the exception of some kits as listed they are sold separate. Please read the description of the
item you are ordering. The photos will in  most cases show  two items, but each item is ordered by
the description shown next to the photo.
All of our pricing includes envelopes when used
with that product.

How long does it take to receive my product?

Depending on your location and where the items ship from, your product should be delivered to
you within 1 to 7 days by ups ground at a flat rate of $8.95. You do have the option of UPS air
upon checkout. Orders in by 12 noon central time should ship the same day. There is no
guarantee  based on product availability. We will try to notify you of delays over 24 hours. Orders
over the weekend do not ship until the next open business day.

Will your products print on my home printer?

Yes they will, but since we cannot guarantee the performance of all printers, we suggest that you
order a sample to try your printer first. The weight of the card stock used ranges from 65 to 100
pound card stock depending on the product design you choose. This is the same product you will
see in wedding catalogs at your local retailer, but we offer it blank for your home printing needs.

Are your invitations in 8.5 x 11 sheets?

No, each design is cut to the size specified in the description.

Do you have any printing tips and what printing program works best?

Almost any program will work. We suggest that you pick a program that gives you the option of
setting your type in a text box. Simply measure your printing area or areas and set your type
centered inside a text box the same size as your printing area. Place your text box anywhere on an
8.5 x 11 sheet format on your program. After you set your type, run a test on a plain white sheet of
paper. Hold that paper up against your invitation stock noting how it exited your printer. You
should be able to determine where you need to move your text box  in order to get your print in the
proper place when you feed  your invitation stock through your printer. It will take a couple of
printings on regular paper to properly line up your text.
